I have past It's About time on so many occasions and finally paid the shop a visit day's after purchasing a brand new divers watch, Paul took a link from the stainless steel strap at a small fraction of a price and gave me good knowledge on maintaining my new watch, I will recommend It's About time to all of my friends.

I left my failing clock with Paul who cleanedand oiled. He was very fair to explain the cost of a renewal which was out of reach and charged nothing for the clock’s return. Just great

We have been visiting Paul’s shop for many years and over that time have purchased both clocks and watches. Paul’s service is unbeatable, his knowledge is outstanding and you can spend so much time inside this gem of a shop talking about the amazing clocks that he has. He also has a fascinating workshop where clocks and watches can be serviced and repaired. Would highly recommend a visit

Its About Time
I popped in with a cuckoo clock and wall clock that weren't working correctly. In a matter of minutes, they were fixed and were both up and running again. The only problem is I don't have an excuse for being late now! Thank you for your help

Its About Time
I visited Paul’s shop a few months back after my great grandfathers ‘John Bennett’ clock was damaged by my cat deciding to swipe it onto the floor and damage it, I imagine in a sort of chronometric reconstruction of Schrodinger’s Cat. Paul expertly and meticulously serviced the clock and managed to get it working again in double quick time. This really is a great shop, a pendulum palace that is full of beautiful and rare antique clocks. All of which are curated by someone who clearly takes pride in their work as well as being an expert in the field and all round smashing chap. Paul it was a pleasure to meet you and visit your shop and thank you once again for servicing and repairing my clock.

Its About Time
Spontaneously stopped in at very short notice to have a watch battery replaced the day before a wedding.The gentleman in store was happy to accommodate even at this late stage and done a wonderful job of cleaning my watch up also.Great service and would definitely recommend his work, will defiantly use this business again.

Just wanted to say what fabulous service I received when contacting Paul for help with a rather temperamental pocket-watch :-)Nothing was too much trouble, he helped with the issue in hand, gave genuine and unbiased advice and what he doesn’t know about clocks and watches ‘Is well not worth knowing’I can’t recommend him enough and if you need a solution to a problem just give him a call.
